Executive Coaching
UpSKILLING
When the pandemic forced an abrupt shift to remote learning, I led the charge in rapidly upskilling K–12 faculty to ensure continuity of instruction. My team and I provided intensive coaching on video conferencing, digital assessment alternatives, and asynchronous teaching strategies—helping the school transition with minimal days of instructional loss. Beyond crisis response, I offered sustained one-on-one coaching and team-based PD that met faculty where they were, blending tech integration with pedagogical intention. Over time, I built a culture of trust and experimentation where teachers felt empowered to try new tools, reflect on practice, and iterate toward impact.
STRATEGY & PLANNING
Executive coaching wasn’t limited to instructional support. I partnered with division heads, department chairs, and program leads to design long-term strategies for tech adoption, digital wellness, and curricular alignment. Whether guiding platform rollout decisions, advising on AI policy implications, or contributing to committees like the GenAI Task Force, my role was to translate complexity into actionable plans. I used a systems-thinking approach to surface root challenges, clarify desired outcomes, and co-create frameworks that supported scalable implementation. My work helped the school shift from reactive tech use to intentional integration grounded in vision and values.
COLLABORATION PROTOCOLS
A key part of my coaching philosophy centered on building shared language and repeatable workflows. I introduced protocols for instructional rounds, cross-divisional feedback, and tech-enhanced lesson planning, helping to standardize and democratize collaboration across teams. With DEIB leadership, I also helped facilitate spaces where tech and pedagogy could be critically examined through an equity lens—ensuring that innovation served all learners, not just the most resourced. My facilitation tools, visual frameworks, and documentation practices empowered faculty and staff to navigate change with clarity and confidence.
